Emancipating the island from its package tourism tendencies, Nikki Beach is the latest in a series of luxury developments that's put Mallorca back on the map for yachters and high-end travelers. The club will feature an upscale, full-service restaurant with "globally inspired cuisine and sushi" menu open till 1am in addition to a beach-based eatery serving seafood and wood-fired faire throughout the day and early evening.
